Contractor Hub is a simple low cost solution for contractors looking to ditch paper and get them and their employees organized.

Job Clock: Get rid of paper timesheets with this simple module. With minimal “clicks” employees can keep track of their time, the job they are on, and more. The timesheets can be automatically uploaded to QuickBooks Online by the administrator if using that accounting software.

PO Maker: Keep track of receipts and purchase orders with this simple module. Take a picture of the receipt, assign it to a job, choose if its billable etc.. all with minimal clicks!

Travel Reimbursement: Employees can keep track of their mileage with this easy to use module. With a few clicks they can choose if its personal/business, the job, billable etc…

To Do List: Throw away the 2x4 or scrap piece of drywall and keep your lists in this handy module! Each job can have its own list, and the “to dos” can be kept private or shared with everyone in the company!

Master Schedule: Make various templates for different kinds of jobs and then use them over and over for each new job. Essentially this creates a checklist so that nothing gets forgotten! Add durations and dependencies to each item to produce a projected finish date for the job.

Forms: Create custom forms which can be filled out and e-mailed by employees on the job.

Construction Pictures: How many times have you had to borrow your employees phone to download all his job related pictures, and then spent hours sorting them all out by job. This module eliminates all that. Simply choose the job and then start taking pictures. Everything gets sync’d to Dropbox automatically and is available for all the other employees to view.
