I like the idea of this but I need more info than just a name a email, such as quick access to see what shirt size they ordered and confirm other things that could be in the full registration. Off line option as our event won't have wifi access or cell towers (we'll be in the mountains). So far it's only nice to get a quick update of registration numbers and names but that's it. Unless I'm missing something.

There are some major updates that need to happen to make this more user friendly. 1. The scan feature needs to be able to do continuous scanning instead of having to use the back button and then hit scan again. 2. Guests or registrants should be able to be checked in separately. The program automatically checks in guests as well as the registrants which makes it impossible to accurately track the number of attendees if one or more of the guests do not show. 3. Stability. I had been having problems all week logging into the system but the two days before and day of the event I was able to log in no problem but the system crashed during check-in and then the system told me for the next 20 minutes I had no events scheduled that day. Also I kept getting an error message stating the tickets were not valid for the event but they were valid tickets and had not already been checked in. Our event had 400 registrants yet I was only able to check in about 250 of them due to problems and I know we had way more attendees than that.

There are 2 serious problems with the Android version of this app: 1) If you have more than 100 attendees, you won't be able to find or scroll to all of them, 2) You can't check in guests separately from the people who "purchased" the tickets. For my 800 person conference in July, I had to scrounge up an iPad at the last minute to do check-ins with, and I had to use a paper printout in order to find people in the application. Between not finding attendees because they were "guests", and not finding people because they weren't giving me the exact name they registered under, it caused a lot of delays and stress. I am hoping they can fix that Android bug, and give us more ways to look up folks before my conference next year!

Works great and save a lot of check in time.
