Unresponsive.. Also you cant save your password. The user has to enter a password each time. I could not find a way to enter a ticket on the app. The UI is not finger friendly. Most icon send you to a web page which is very small. Might as well use one's browser, which on a phone is a terrible user experience. Please fix.

Too little information. Utility types and names are abbreviated beyond recognition. I have had Duke mark incorrectly, not following basic instructions about using flags since we will remove the grass after marking, and if I listened to them I'd be dead. The app only makes it worse by providing incomprehensible information. Stick to the phone, emails, and websites.

It still has bugs. One it doesn't bring up tickets when you have the number. It keeps telling y9u there were no results but when you go on a pc it brings the ticket right up. Then it doesn't always sign out tickets when you save a response to the same ticket. We get resends on tickets that were closed out.
