Now redirects & can't log in. Before you just put email, phone, service ID, and reason you were contacting, and then they connect. Hold times just as long, so no help there. Language difficulty was much better with this, but now it just asks for email to log in, and my registered VASC email does not work.

This app allows me to chat and email with Verifone's petro help desk from my tablet or mobile phone. I found this very easy to use and like the use of pictures to select the area where I need help. I also like the link to training/help videos as this can show you how to perform a feature. The help desk was very prompt in answering my chat request and providing assistance.
