On Android the amenity booking doesn't work as it won't open up the hour selection if trying to book same day. It works on OS. Help please.

App does not open. Uninstalled the apps several times and still have the same issue. A representative from CCC contacted me shortly after I reported the issue with Samsung J7+ running with android version 7.1.1. In the meantime, I changed my phone to Samsung S9 with android version 8.0.0 and the CCC app is running very well. All apps can have issues at one point or another but what differentiate one app from another is the Customer Service and support behind it. A++ to CCC team.

terrible UI and never works when you need it to - then your concierge says you have to use the app. There should be a work around for concierge to help when required. Also, the app sincerely needs to be re-designed from ground up as this is unacceptable for 2019. Kids make apps better than this.

Just logged in for the first time. Under the visitor tab, as a new owner, I can see all the previous times and dates the previous owner had visitors in this unit. Does this mean if I sell the unit in the future the next owner can view the log of each visitor? Why is this visible to the next owner? Isn't this a privacy issue? Besides that, the app keeps crashing as well.

Awful user experience. App often will not connect despite full connectivity. They charge an exorbitant fee for deposits. If you're a condo board looking for a good app. This is not that.
