I trusted Umico, ordered an important package before my vacation, it arrived 4 days before my departure, but due to their mistake I could not pick up the package. And do you think they were able to solve this problem in these 4 days? No, everyone just promised to sort it out. The app has a ton of bugs and absolutely disgusting UX, seriously hire some good UX designer. By the way support service is simply incompetent, they can’t do anything helpful. But stull...we don't have any alternatives

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience using the Umico app. Despite opting for the express 2-hour delivery service, my order was abruptly canceled after an hour of waiting. This incident caused not only inconvenience but also disrupted my plans. The assurance of quick delivery was one of the main reasons I chose this service, and it failed to meet these expectations. Such a level of service is unacceptable, especially when customers are relying on timely deliveries.

Terrible app. They miscalculate bonus points and add less points than advertised. Customer service is bad. The app gets complicated with each update, functions you need - become hidden and impossible to find. I recommend to avoid this useless app.

Recent update crushed the app. It continuously trying to get a location just upon opening app and it's getting irresponsive at all, if you hire a new developers team that was a mistake :)

The app has not been working for the past two weeks. I contacted the operators, but they only repeated one thing: “You have problems with your phone.” If there are problems with my phone then why haven’t there been any problems before and I used the app! Terrible customer service!

Maybe not bad as a bonus program, but the store is just disgusting. Only 1 order out of 4 was delivered. And if 2 of them cancelled by me because of late delivery (not just an hour or two, but few days), then the last one was just cancelled by them without any explanation! All orders are paid by card in advance, so now I should wait for 2 weeks to get refund.
