Handy app, but does have connection issues and freezes my phone sometimes. Would love to have split screen ability for my Samsung Galaxy Note phone with this app. Also with notifications turned off I still get notification noises, when I get jobs sent during the middle of the night. Very annoying

This is a great application when you have an office, several engineers and loads of jobs. May not suit the one person company. Allows invoicing, job management and a whole lot more. Excellent support.

Apps great but occasionally the app stops my S8 from syncing new jobs and then I have to delete the app and start all over again

I was trying this app for few weeks. It's very difficult to understand even watching video tutorials. And it didn't work for me well. And it's to expensive compare to other relating apps.

This is a pretty good system, needs a couple of small tweaks though in order to be rated higher than 3* - a very useful one would be a 'Navigate To' option next to the customers address that links to the users default satnav / maps app, along with some kind of offline functionality (cache today's jobs etc). Also field operative should be able to upload notes as they go along BEFORE completing job, at the minute I can only write notes to system after 'Complete' is pressed.
