Its nice when nothing goes wrong but awful when it does.... don't put a wrong amount in f or a comchek draft or you'll have to jump through flaming hoops to fix it.... also charges $5 to make a check draft... the number on the back of the card never let's you speak to a person just hangs up on you no help at all.... it seems this whole system is poorly put together and its just downright awful to have to deal with this mess in the first place

Probably would work great for what I need, get the application filled out 4 times and tap the submit button...nothing. If I can't register, that makes it pretty useless.

Card not working! I have contacted them several times as well as emailed them. They have yet to contact me to resolve the issue.

Horrible Experience! The signup is long and invasive. The "verification process" is crazy and gender biased. Its useless calling them. You need to talk to at least 3 machines and get transfered and call all these numbers just to register a check. Seriously stupid process... I just WISH my company used EFS. They are way easier. Their app is way easier.

Very convenient and easy to use. Don't have to call it in and get a authorization code or look for checks.

Complete and total waste of time. I installed and set up account. Went to request card and cant go any further. ... Update contacted support. Got a response that got me to a point where card could be requested. Caes ordered and my account is setup now. Will see how it works.
