This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Comarch Documents Capture on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Comarch Documents Capture is a complete solution for exchanging paper invoices with your customer digitally. All you need to do is to take a photo of your paper invoice and send it to your partner. Application will work only if your customer has Comarch E-Invoicing software installed.

Using the app is simple and fast. It will check for you the quality of image and show the status of delivery. After that you will get a notification if the invoice is paid so you will have an overiew of the payment status on a daily basis. You will also be able to store your invoices in an archive so nothing will be lost.

Invoice Manager:
• Take a photo of your paper invoice (one or multi pages)
• Send invocie image to your customer
• Check if the quality is accepted
• Check if all data of your invoice is validated
• Check the numer of rejected invoices
• Get a confirmation of delivery

Devices
• Take a photo from your smartphone or tablet

Archive:
• Store your invoices on your device as long as you want in one, safe place
