Can log in with no problems on PC, but here in the app: "We are unable to locate your account." "We are unable to locate your account." "We are unable to locate your account." "We are unable to locate your account." "We are unable to locate your account." Same issue the last few times I tried to install and use the app. This has been a persistent issue since mid-2019. CoAd doesn't care about their app apparently. Don't waste your time installing this.

The application does not support login for accounts on coadvantage plus. So far cannot login into my account

So far terrible since I'm not able to connect into the app at all. It says my account doesn't exist when in fact I have an account and I'm able to login on the browser. Why release an app if we can't use it. Test it before open to public. :/

My email and user name both work in the web browser but not in the app, the app which by the way says it cannot locate an account with my email. The amount of problems I've had with this company I don't get alerts or emails regarding enrollment periods. I'm finding out last minute by word of mouth. There are soo many issues that need resolving.

This app needs serious overhaul. You cant even log into your account from here but you can from a browser. Poor excuse for an app. Don't waste your time trying to download this until they attempt to fix.
