IPSOS’Connect est une application mobile pour la gestion des demandes d’intervention, dépannages ou visites préventives et le suivi des heures pour les chantiers. Les demandes sont transférées vers la tablette ou le Smartphone par une connexion internet (synchronisation) après la planification au planning de l’application W’IPSOS. Le retour des informations vers l’entreprise et vers le client se fera à la clôture de la demande en automatique ou en manuel selon le paramétrage. Le document client (Bon d’intervention ou PV de réception) est traité par le serveur Web de l’entreprise en automatique et après clôture.
