I have a new phone and I can't seem to get this app to cooperate so I can put it on my new phone and scan my device

If you went back to about a year and a half ago the app was great. The cobra camera system is no longer made so I am not sure why they keep updating this app. If they reverted to the build that worked I would be willing to buy the app. I was that happy with it back then. now it is pretty much useless.
