Probably the WORST app I have ever been forced to use in my life. I understand how companies want to micromanage their workforce like they were little machines, but I spend more time fighting with this app then I I do working. Its Slow, Crashes, is not intuitive at all, and can't do even basic functions well. If I could Give negative stars, I would.

"what?! You're saying clicks algorithms can't predict the many variables that deal with field jobs and calls are constantly shuffled around like the program has ADD?! The routing sends you all over the place?! You say the constant dinging and pinging and changing around of your day is annoying and gets in the way of your job?!

Wish I could give zero stars. Constant error messages. Driving pattern now is all over the map. At times long lags between the app and cloud update. What's with it always asking you to refresh ALL THE TIME. The contacts in the message portion seems like it's not in any particular order. It's not in alphabetical order by first or last, not in order by employee number. You have to scroll all over the place looking for the person you need to message.

This app essentially ruined my job. Scheduling makes zero sense, my mileage has gone up by a third, constantly crashes or freezes, and sends me to locations where other employees are closer. Nothing about it is efficient and it has been a total disaster. Every time it messes up (everyday) we have to follow the schedule so that it seems everything is working fine. Yet if ever there is an issue or mix up in scheduling the employees are the first to be blamed. So overall, it's useless.
