I had one home inspection I did and I tried to attach pictures. I learned the hard way from a realtor emailing asking where all the pictures are... you cannot attach pictures to this app. I am currently having issues with it shutting off after I click the Edit button! Now it's been two days trying to mess with this app and I have to try and explain to my client why my report isn't finished.

This app has wasted so many of my hours writing reports with how frequently it crashes once you fill about half of the form out. I've tried everything and always clear prior reports before starting a new one. It is absolute junk software. It's no wonder you get it for free. This app developer should pay me for all of my time lost.

I have been with report form pro for three years. Their app is user friendly and now you can add narratives, add as many pictures as you like, work on your report without a internet connection. The customer service has been just great. They have helped me, a 64 year old computer illiterate contractor get to where I needed to be after numerous phone calls without making me feel like a pain in the neck. Great job guys. Been using this software for a few months now. Great experience so far. One area of improvement that would help a ton would be making it possible to select multiple pictures at once. I don't always have time to take pictures with the app as I like to keep a personal backup... Maybe make photos taken with app be saved to gallery as well? Great app, thanks

I downloaded this software to create home inspection reports for my new business. I spent hours testing this software and customizing the app to create a sample report to show potential clients/agents only to find out that you cannot attach pictures to or share the completed report if using a google Chromebook. This is not clearly stated anywhere and should be changed to work with chromebooks since they are lightweight and portable, easy to type with, and also actually run android software.

Once a month I have to delete this app and reinstall it , when trying to attach the report to an email to send to my client my email notifies me that this app is not functioning and cannot turn the report to PDF for attachments? 2nd time.i have to redo 3 reports today , that sucks guys.
