I'm having issues when starting up a new email, using the Google Chrome on my Samsung S10 device. It won't allow me to enter in my caseworkers email but it lets me enter subject on the line below Other than that this app works great and has made my life easier!!

Major bug where whenever i need to reset the password, it takes me back to the initial login screen, keeping me stuck in a loop. I had to copy paste the link into a seperate browser to break the loop. Fix your button or get rid of it. Super annoying.

Not a very intuitive interface and can be slow at times. I could not get Gmail integration working properly.

A nightmare right from the beginning on. If you have no idea how to use it and no instructions...youre screwed! Attachments are a process to add, how do you reply and send, how do you do most "normal" tasks in a windows email? Forget it.... Ontario Government social services, ontario works/ child services/ ontario Disabilty support program why not go with a secure email server thats a little more user friendly???

Difficult to get setup but once setup works okay for what needs to be done unfortunately this is what the Canadian government uses to communicate with their clients so there's really no option

I feel it's a very secure resource for my clients. I wish they had more videos and tutorials, but it is still a good system.
