Dari bulan Februari Sampai Mei pengajuan Surat Pindah statusnya tdk berubah, tetap proses. Seharusnya aplikasi itu mempercepat proses birokrasi sehingga efektif Dan efisien. Mohon diperbaiki sistem kerjanya apalagi dalam kondisi pandemi seperti sekarang yg meminimalisir tatap muka, harusnya aplikasi ini jadi solusi.
