If you are getting "Unable to determine server version. The server may be unreachable or its version may be older than 4.60b" over HTTPS and it works in web browser and iPhone users it is likely because your server OS is 2012 and above. IIS 8 by default enables SNI which gave us this error. As soon as we disabled it works! It took us a long time to resolve this as it is not documented anywhere!
