Doesn't even work well. Keep loading but cant book a shift. By the time the app is working, all shifts are booked by others.

App does not work right half the time, need to take quiz but it does not load the quiz at all or is always stuck trying to load

Unable to send feedback on contact us page. Uninstall and reinstall does not work even on version 2.0

I'd say it's good, but frankly it's average when it works and it doesn't even work for me now because the update just wasn't very good apart from making the app look nicer. I can't even reach the ui anymore. That being said if the app works and you can open it, the only thing you need to worry about occasionally is the servers becoming laggy when everyone starts booking their shift timings. It keeps track of everything quite well so long as you refresh or wait a little while.

Seriously??!! Refreshed for BLOODY 36 MINUTES just to have the touch function on booking slot to not work while other choppers can book??!! If by the time i close and open the app again and the slots are GONE, whats the point??!! Edit: Its 6/3/2020 9:54 am and slots not showing 🤣🤣🤣. A month and its worse!

Sub-par user interface would rate it 5/10 at best all because there is nothing much. App's server tend to collapse and not function / even crash under heavy traffic which happens to be almost every friday and would rate it 1/10 and the app functionality and programming doesnt do anything to support it 3/10 at most.
