Horrible user experience. (1) The in-app survey also is designed to break so they never will hear the truth. Dishonest. Shame on you. (2) Credit card expiration prompts a date selection on a calendar, instead of typing the values? What genius designed that? (3) Many of the dropdown menus have no consideration for the android OS keyboard getting in the way. (4) Email verification links do not consider security scanning tools and are completely broken. Uninstalled.

Often error found despite you are the biggest department store in Thailand and has regularly promoted people to use your app. Suggesting you to improve and develop the app's stability for more friendly use will increase a number of more users. Continuously poor not working e.g. goods/free godds out of stock not be updated causing I could not make the payment

Stock isn't available real time. I have checked before choosing click&collect within 1 hour. Also, the payment has been done. After that around 40 mins, I received the order cancellation with unavailable stock reason. But!!!! the credit card refund will be posted next billing cycle which means I have to pay that amount this month. In addition, a discount code I applied, it can't be used again even though the cancellation was requested by the seller. Poor online service!!

What an awful application. Nothing really works properly. Poor quality development.

Tbh I didn't make it to the purchase stage. Product filters are awful. Searched "white dress" and irrelevant products show up. I feel it's a waste of time while online shopping is supposed to make life easier. Better go shopping at stores. There are many other prominent shopping apps that design good filters. This app should learn from them.

Absolutely shocking. Even though i have spent alot of money on central before with many orders it is not showing any of my previous orders even when i change the date range. Also i just tried to place an order and it keeps saying theres a system fault and please try again or with another card. Gave up after 3 tries and went straight to Lazada, placed order using same card and no problem, went straight through. This is not the first time its happened but will be the last. I shop elsewhere 🤬🤬
