Good to have a this kind of app. Response is good sometimes but not always.Quite buggy in some sections like live track. Team should care about the issues and update the app going forward. CEB should care about the supply quality also.I am experiencing worst of outages in my area(Veyangoda distribution section). There are several major outages per month and lots of small outages. Headache for Work From Home people.

It is really awesome considering that CEB being a government institution. There are some places that they could improve in this App. however I am glad to have this app allows us instant payments/complaints and tracking of the same without any hazzle.

TBH.... It's was wayyyy better than I expected and also can't believe it's a app from Sri Lanka... We don't see such perfectly made products around much but this app is well planned and done! Hands down for the devs!🙌 Reccmnd: Add upcoming outage notifications,Change the usage graph layout to standards. That's pretty much to be done maybe in dark mode in my taste😁
