Garbage... as is the speaker itself. Despite proper wi-fi and several attempts to pair the speaker with it, nothing works. All I get is "failed to connect to wi-fi router." And this app is NO help in solving the problem. Returning the speaker... don't waste your time or money.

The app just doesnt work for connecting with alexa. Without alexa you could get a better bluetooth speaker at one-third the price. The customer care team always tells that they know the problem and will fix in their app update next wednesday. Which didnt happen since last 8 months. Dont waste money on this. Fake promises. Fake commitments. Useless!

Cannot see the "next" button bottom of bridge app to allow connection to wifi. Yes, uninstalled and installed multiple times. So frustrating!

got mostly everything to work except the Amazon music. I asked alexa to play music, but no audio is coming out of the speaker and when I try to access Amazon music on another device, it says I have music streaming.
