About this app

Causeway’s powerful Mobile Workforce Cloud app provides mobile gangs and engineers with the solution required to manage all aspects of on-site working.

The easy to use and intuitive workflow driven app includes the following main features:

Ability to receive jobs / tasks from Causeway job management solutions.

Job progression from receiving on the device to completion of work. This includes travel time, on/off site notification, completion of schedule of rates, job completion and follow-ons.

Timesheet management including the automatic creation of the primary timesheet entries based on work progressions. This is done for both individual and gang time during the working day. Approval of timesheets is also available from the app.

Materials handling including van stocks can be managed on the device with allocation of stock to jobs.

Off-line data review and entry when no network connection is available. All data is automatically synchronised as soon as a connection is made.

User-defined forms are available including risk assessment and job completion and can be incorporated into the standard job progression workflow. In addition, adhoc forms such as near miss reports can be accessed and completed at any time.

Multiple photographs can be taken using device cameras either as part of form completions or mandated as part of the job progression on the mobile device.

All the above providing a complete site history for both planned and reactive jobs, which can be viewed in a web-based job summary, with photographic and form data downloaded at the touch of a button. This means that all the data capture in the field is made available to the operations team to more efficiently manage jobs whilst reducing the number of calls back to the office.

Please Note: To use this application, your employer must have Causeway Mobile Workforce server modules configured. See your System Administrator for login details.
