Well this is useless. I enter login info, it goes to the "hello ___, you are now logged on" screen for a split second before the loading gears screen pops up, then it kicks me right back to enter my log in info again. Can this please be fixed? I love CAT and this looks like it would be a super useful tool on our work tablets if it functioned properly.

I think it should be put in the app description that this is a dealer only app, I have tried on three different devices to load and use this app and finally after reading down through all of the reviews, have realized that this is a dealer only software. From what I can see from the screenshots of the app it looks similar, but only a much more refined version of the SIS (Service Information System) available to end-users.

The app will log in to nothing. Screen prompts loading and then returns to the log in screen. Can log in to cat sis via Web browser. Have I got the wrong app?

I signed up properly, next time try to log in don't expect my password after a few ,try same name and password l made it some how, logged in and that is it, nothing after that
