This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Cartrack GPS, Vehicle & Fleet on PC Windows and Mac.

I was enjoying the app until today Monday 07/06/21, when I got a message that my password has been changed for what reason I do not know. I tried calling several times and they keep sending me different password to use to login still it tells me that the details do not match. I am highly disappointed because you can't sit in your office and change people's password without even sending a code to their phone number or emails. All my details were altered from your office.

App used to work great. When I wish to check my vehicle location now however it gives me the location as at 20/04/2021 for the one vehicle and 27/04/2021 for the other. Deleted the app, reinstalled it, cleared the data and cache to no avail. On my wife's phone it has the same issue.

App doesn't update accurately currently it stops at the exact same spot everyday yet the car is moved hours ago. They have rebooted my unit but no luck. Very annoying as we paying for a service but not getting what we pay for. Pathetic really when cars are stolen and hijacked by the minute.

This App is becoming worse every day it takes forever to refresh, a car can move for 20 minutes but it still shows the vehicle parked, please do something about it or delete it. Don't tell me to clear my cache coz I did that million times. 😡

Hi, in the morning when I want to switch off the car guard, it does not want to deactivate even if I refresh it multiple times. So I end up switching the ignition on because you will find at times I am late, thank you
