An absolutely terrible app with no functionality. The interface was made to mirror how the actual thermostat interface is. But that interface is so bad on a mobile phone. Also the functionality is so limited. A core feature like setting the temperature based of time of the day does not exist.

This app is terrible. I can't even get past verification because it sent no token. And when you try and get it to resend the verification or try setting up another new account it just says error. Nothing works!! Called several Carrier tech support numbers including the main 1-800-carrier number and nothing. They just keep passing you off to somebody else. These T-stats really feel like a scam!!

Can't get a verification email to setup my account. Checked all inboxes including spam...no emails. Carrier also provides no customer service contacts.

Need a damn PHD in programming to register it. Im on hour 2 and cant seem to get past the first part. I have a green wifi connection on the stat but my phone doesnt see it on the network.

Where are the trend logs??? Where are the tailorable temperature alarms???
I was about to buy at least 70 of these stats, but after seeing what one
hooked up and functioning has to offer to a building manager, it's not
much...
