Horrible is the best I can say.. I have contacted support SO MANY times it has become ridiculous. I have NEVER received a phone call... Not one.... Just email responses stating they will look into the issue, send a new tracking unit, or we need to unplug and replug the unit or it needs a software update. We have vehicles showing the are parked when they are on the road and vise versa. We only have three trucks being tracked but the software will show 6-8 trucks on the screen at the same time. As far as tracking mileage for maintenance, I have to get the mileage from each truck on a monthly basis and manually update it as they are off anywhere between 300-500 miles. Hard to schedule / track maintenance. If you want to keep track of your vehicles knowing where they are at ALL times and manage you vehicle maintenance and have support reps that are there for you... keep looking for another system and company. We didn't ask for any refund for when the system was not working but only to cancel our service and they said no. But they would be more than happy to help us cancel our service by charging us $749.70 Again in the form of an email. No phone call

We use this app for work for a cab company.. I love the company, however disappointed that this app doesn't allow u to log in if your using a andriod device. Would give 5 stars otherwise!
