Canada post needs to stay on a first come first serve basis, they are getting better though, hopefully not just temporarily.. As far as a shipping ap, it'd be nice if it could track other carriers and things coming from outside of Canada.. Other apps (some by carriers) are able to do this.. most people will not have more than 1 tracking app, which would be necessary in this situation

A superb app now. If you copy a postal tracking number from an email or web page the app will ask you if you want to track it. It then allows you to to identify it with your own description. It can automatically update you with any status changes, pay duty and taxes on line. You can also set up email alerts to interested parties. It works smoothly and intuitively. Kudos to Canada Post. I have gotten 11 updates for a US origin shipment in the last 2 weeks! --------------Update3/03/21 I still like the APP except the text is English and French jumbled It should have an option to select language

Canada Post has gotten extremely sloppy since covid. I agree with other reviewers and articles I've read, Canada Post definately hides information about deliveries. If you use an alternative website or app you will see every scan, unlike this app that shows me two when there are really 10+ scans 🤦🏻‍♂️ I'm really starting to hate Canada Post. Their drivers and post office workers are upset taking out on customers, they hold packages and the list goes on they've been horrible. Avoid if possible

pro's : Love it! Saves time, and can track anything. Great when you send presents to make sure they arrive. This is really a great help, if you like things organized. negatives- can't input same number more than once unless you delete everything. Will only track things once they reach Canada. Though if they can't track it, then it's fake. Usually. Wish it had more things you could do with it. Great app. (If it is glitchy, send it to internal storage. Big difference!) 🌞🌞

An excellent application to help track the delivery of expedited and registered mail. It eliminates the need to tack mail using the postal service's website with webrowser, and the security risk of using a non mobile device.

The app is clearly deceptive regarding estimated delivery dates and times. It keeps starting that an item from out of country is expected today when there is no tracking to prove it has landed in Canada. Canada Post app developers need to work with the current system to ensure proper tracking details are attached prior to generating these delivery notifications. I've wasted a week looking at today delivery notifications that just keep updating to the next day. Most annoying.
