About this app

The Good Day Bad Day app allows team members to rate the quality of their day. Ratings can be logged once a day or several times a day per the user’s preference.

The information can then be used by the organisation to track employee satisfaction on a live web-app dashboard. This is a first of its kind and allows issues to be addressed quickly and efficiently within the organisation. Cross-department comparisons also highlight trends in the organisation and areas where improvements are required. Data can be accessed as summaries or as detailed data depending on the user's role.

Users are able to submit their rating anonymously if they wish to do so.

The information about the location of your phone will be used if you choose to receive notifications when you leave work. These notifications are reminders to fill in your data for the day if you have not already done so. You have other options to receive notifications, such as a time of day when you will get one, or you may also choose not to receive notifications.
