This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing CA Case Management on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

The CA Support App allows CA customer access to create or view active support cases. Access is granted with the same user name and password for support.ca.com. If you are not a registered user, go to ca.com/register. Select Support and register with your authorized Site ID. If you do not have a Site ID, call Customer Assistance at ca.com/phone.
