AOA over all its a good app but have some issues 1. only camera option while uploading files picture please add chose file from glary option also for complaint and contact tab 2. on some mobiles phones only home button is showing rest are not showing ( File , Complaint, alert) 3. More then one CNIC / Account may be provided for better control like file holders is from family or residing abroad and all files are being managed by one person (Account Switch / Swap Option) 4. User ID (CNIC) and password instead of pin may be provided for switching account to avoid frequent OTP generation 5. Option for profile picture may be added or already provided for printed forms may used as DP

Not Receiving My OTP. Several Attempts. No Option there To talk with Representative to get this Issue fixed. And also no Option available to Change Your Mobile Number In case you are not Receiving OTP.

Not recognizing the NICOP and mobile number. Keep asking "please enter the valid phone number, you register number is ****" atleast provide the last 3 digits so a person may can recognize if he added wrongly. please help. its difficult for overseas to get the 1st hand information. We have to ask our parents or relatives to get us the information or deposit the amount.
