Garbage app. I had my orders cancelled more than 5 times. This is after you have painstakingly selected the food and made payment. Customer service keep giving the same old excuse: items have run out. Then why didn't the merchants update it on their end?? Wish to support local muslim company but the service standards is atrocious. Complete waste of time.

Very bad service. Dont used. After ordering the system will allocate ur food from same stall to be sent to multiple points very far apart. U will receive your food cold if ur items is last on the delivery list. Expensive delivery fee but fail to deliver food in good condition.

Expensive delivery charges, including even the closest store to my place. Not worthwhile. Might as well go to foodpanda and filter to show the halal restaurants. And they only show you the delivery charges right before you hit the pay button, and not in the order summary before that. So each time you want to check for the delivery charge of a restaurant you have to go thru that whole process first which is not user friendly. Update: uninstalling due to frequent annoying notifications.

Sat at Haron Satay and compared my in store order price with the app price. They charged a ridiculously hefty $12.20 premium for the total order !!! Every dish was marked up $2.40 and the delivery was $5.00! IMHO, this is way too much additional premium to pay and I cannot recommend it.

The order experience is alright, but I keep getting alerts which I cannot seem to mute. It makes a sound even when my phone is on silent mode. And it's often too, sometimes during meetings. Where is the option to mute alert and notifications? Please. If not, I will have to uninstall this app.

Had to uninstall for now because the app sends out too many notifications sent prompting you to order food from this or that store. There is no way to mute these notifications, even when the phone is set to silent. The only way is to mute the app completely in phone settings - which also mutes important alerts! It ruins the whole experience for me.
