App is good. But I think at least for 10 km radius you could make it free delivery. And just add a section for food rating and feed back. Because the other day I ordered food from my favorite so called hotel and one item had less salt. Another suggestion is, if we could add a delivery time, it would be nice bcoz if we are expecting it for dinner and we get it delivered by 5pm or 6pm, you can imagine how the food will be by that time ryt?

I am satisfied with the app interface, tracking,delivery time and behaviour of the professionals.But i have some suggestions 1)Providing a link to rate the delivered item may increase the over all quality 2) try to reduce the delivery rate because nobody can give 80 rs delivery charge for a distance between 10-15 km.. 3) Concatenations of items from two shops would be beneficial.

Very bad experience with this app service . If they couldn't make the delivery to customer better they try stop this sort of service. Ordered and waited for more than a hour. Afterwards,when called they replies order was cancelled and show helpless. Atleast try inform the customer,if the order is cancelled .Show atleast that guts to update with customer. Even this guy's didn't show any sort of apologies rather they complaints the restaurant team.

Such an incredible app, very good initiative especially at this hard times. Food, groceries, meat, and almost everything is delivered at your doorstep. Fast delivery and good customer care support. I wish team bunana, people of whole wayanad should get the delivery service and make use of it. Stay safe people !

Bunana app is really awesome. It is so user friendly and easy to navigate through options. There are wide ranges of options available in bunana. All top most restaurants are available in bunana. Good food and good service. Timely delivery and reasonable delivery charges in a place like wayanad where no other food delivery apps are available. Delivery boys are decent in behavior and putting in a great effort to deliver the food on time. Hatsoff to the team for putting in great effort.
