Current features work well in my experience. It does lack some important features I think should be on mobile, mainly the ability to log expenses and take pictures of receipts. Also would be nice to be able to add files from your phone (e.g. notice to vacate posted on door).

So far, just annoying. The "Welcome back nothing new" message every...single...morning makes me want to immediately cancel my subscription every time it comes up. If there is nothing new, I don't want to hear about it. I have enough other things in my life that require my attention. Taking my attention off my priorities to tell me there's nothing I need to give my attention to is just rude, unnecessary, and a complete waste of my valuable time.

If you are a vendor. They don't pay you. But if you are a tennant They charge you right away!!! I'm a vendor. ( my company now use this useless company to pay me ) NEVER EXPECT YOUR PAY CHECK ON TIME WITH THIS PAYMENT DEPARTMENT. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NOT TO DO ANYTHING WITH PAYMENT DEPARTMENT. PAYMENT DEPARTMENT. PLEASE. DO NO NOT REPRODUCE YOUR SELF. . PLEASE! THE WORST DEPARTMENT EVER .. Don't use this app. You being warned.. They charge you. But they don't pay you. . Payment department. F.

Not thrilled with this choice. No options for tenants to break up payments. Only there to help rental company. Miss Zego and their options for Flex. Not happy at all.

Awful services. There are so many missing pieces as an owner of multiple properties, especially their new platform for drafting leases. Absolutely inefficient and makes your job harder. Too many unnecessary steps. Adobe was way better and for whatever reason they changed things. Will cancel because of this.

Our company is based in Bahrain and we are using Buildium in English. However, on Resident Center, the numbers are in Arabic. Most of our clients are not Arabic speakers, and we've been receiving multiple request to change it to English but there is no option. The resident center is deemed to be useless on our client's side since they couldn't understand anything. We've been requesting for update for the past 2 years with no avail.
