Matt and Max are very responsive to the requests and needs of the OTV residents. Recently they actually identified something that could be improved upon while addressing a repair of another area and quickly completed both.

This is a visually pleasing app. Unfortunately, some sort of updates were made and apparently my building management didn't buy into the upgrade or do the patch and refuse to, so it is absolutely useless. The quote "The Hive is available at no charge to tenants whose property managers use Building Engines property management software." Comes with a giant caveat - its functionality is dependent on property managers to put skin in the game False advertising... #angry #annoyed

- Download The Hive from the app store onto your smartphone.
- Login using your existing Building Engines tenant portal username and password.

If you have questions about The Hive, please contact your building manager.
