very very useful however *its not available for apple users *subscriber id does not accept private wire numbers *the amount that shows on the dashboard after login is baffling,it does not correlate with the one you receive when go to paybills... *please include 4g,fibre to home,wdsl,adsl covered areas on the surveys platform when it starts working... besides all these...its an exceptional work,u get everything in one place

1.Could not complete KYC, it kept on saying all fields are required even if I filled in everything. 2. It took me time by having to scroll by using arrows to go back to my date of birth, I was expecting to be able to enter the date in a way which I don't have to scroll with arrow, unless if maybe I am not doing something right! 🤔

I learned that the mobile app doesn't function at all when utilizing WIFI which by the time when I tried to login, i was using wifi hence failure to login or just utilize the mobile app. I then tried it again and by then, I was utilizing mobile data and it worked smoothly and effectively. So Its just effective for people in towns and cities within the country.

For an IT company i was expecting more. 1 Not esthetically pleasing. (Looks old, especially home page ) 2 login is difficult 😔 (it restarts login if you switch tabs) 3 doesn't show available bundles in real time. I gave it 2 stars coz the concept of using an app is good.

It crashes often especially after restarting device. the recharge by scanning qr feature is cool but takes too long to process the voucher which defeats the point of a qr code. Its faster to just scratch and enter the 14 digits manually.

The App is will be good only after fixing KYC. Tried several times but will tell you BTC Mobile App has stopped after filling all details. You start afresh and it crashes again and again and again. You wont update your information. This is urgent. Please fix.
