I found it very useful on my previous smartphone. I could order ink cartridges in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I changed phones, and forgot to unregister the printer from my previous phone before factory resetting it. Now I can't get any notifications from the app. It keeps on telling me the printer is registered under another account. It makes the app pretty mich useless for me.

Very helpful app! I checked Brother's own prices on its website against those from idealo's price searches (for original Brother products) and found Brother's prices cheaper. Others carried the typical middle-man's price markup. Thanks Brother!

I tried this, thinking it may have more uses than it has...just TWO! But, on reflection, why even BOTHER having this App on your phone??!! It's far easier to check ink levels, etc. on your PC Help widget! Or the Printer itself, which must be turned on anyway, in order to use this App. A waste of storage space, to be honest! Uninstalled.

I have XL cartridges in the printer but the app adds to the basket only low capacity ones, and doesn't allow to choose value pack of all 4 colours. It makes the purchase more expensive. Having this app is pointless. Just go online and buy what you need.

What the hell is this for? It seems to find my printer, but won't let me order ink in advance, or show me the price? Ooh yeah, sure I'll order blind and just trust brother..... No, no I won't. Buggggeer oafff!
