well I opened my account on the 3/15 I got my card I loaded 5k I used 326 bucks 30 mins later my account is blocked..it was open for more then 10 days saying the needed more documents after the received my funds ..I sent all the paperwork plus more then what they asked for now tamasha s.. is saying its fraud with my money the card is prepaid

I can't find this app in my phone. It is installed properly but can only use it going to an email that says download it, then when I get to the play store hit "open." It is seriously terrible.
