This is very helpful but is very slow to load and I have to log in again every time I go to a new page on my account, which can make it hard when I'm trying to check something in hurry. Overall, it's a great idea but could use some work to make it better.

Was 4 star when I could self checkout. Usefull when there was lines and once when the girl missed scanning one. Hate it when the system goes down at Midnight every night. Can not put my requests on hold or change location of a hold. Otherwise great.

If I could rate this app no star, I would have. It's a slow snail loader that needs constant refreshing. The website worked loads better on my phone.

Much too slow. Not able to filter results unlike the website. No updates in two years. Uninstalling.

I like that I can do everything from my phone, but it can be real slow. It also not the easiest to navigate. Sometimes I have to close the app to get back to the home page.
