Improve location accuracy ad most and foremost fix the issue with logging

Our company started using this and it has been nothing but problems. Come
in after reset and as soon as I log in I have 4 violations, because the
system will put me as driving the whole time I was off. This system is
horrible. Spend the extra money on a reliable system.

Works about 5% of the time. Our company has tried updating it, uninstalling and re installing, updating the firmware as it asks EVERYTIME, restarting the phone, and among other different hurdles that in my opinion seem insane to deal with to get an application to work. Definitely don't recommend.
