Media Pool Mobile is an optional enhancement for the BrandMaker Media Pool, one of the leading corporate solutions for Digital Asset Management. The mobile app gives sales staff access to digital and multimedia content like images, graphics, adverts, brochures, banners, newsletters, slides, audio files and videos from the Media Pool from a mobile device.

Sales staff can select the content the client is actually interested in from well designed overview menus directly at point of sale (e.g. at trade fairs and events, in outlets and retail stores). The relevant media can be utilized directly during the sales pitch – either online or offline – and digitally forwarded to the customer instantly when required.

The comprehensive solution allows you to directly track the use of media on sales staff's mobile devices and the use of information forwarded to the customer. The relevant media needed for the personal dialog with customers can be found easily. The content is kept up-to-date at all times through centrally managed updates.

Functions for transparently tracking and evaluating actual media usage provide valuable insight into the effectiveness of each individual medium, allowing you to continuously optimize the content and advertising materials supplied.
