It's was good a few months ago now it's not. I have to log in every time and now I can't log in with my phone because they want to send the special verification code and when I select text message I don't get that anymore. They actually call with an automated service which gives me the code. I can't put the code in cause the call interrupted my screen with pulse when I try to select it the verification code space is gone!

I AM NOT RECIEVING ANY NOTIFICATIONS!!! I have all of my notifications on, but I don't receive a notification when I have a new booking/messages! I just received a call from a guest who is at the property waiting for check-in when I didn't even know that there was a reservation and the property is not even clean! I can't be on the app 24/7! THIS IS CRITICAL!!

Worse system ever. The call center is great but the system is a nightmare. Really. I ve never experienced this before. It was a nightmare to deal with the company. It s like a very big machine that can't hear you. Even when they do mistakes, you re the one that need to change, adapt. I closed the contract and try now to get my money. It takes ages and no one following up on it from their side

Very confusing app.. there is no easy access to customer service. When im looking through community for help and a customer messages me, i have to go back and then i lose the thread i was interested in. No info on payments and why i cant have access to credit cards( or an option how to charge a card or any other payment system) or a notification when i will receive payment. Notifications in general for messages is ok.

Booking ocasionally wants you to change your password for security reasons. When you do that, you get logged out of the app. In order to login you have to verify the login on the Extranet. The PROBLEM is that when you go to the Extranet to verify your login you get asked to verify that on the Pulse app but since you can't access the app it's a big issue when you currently don't have access to the telephone number which is linked to your Booking account. Not an app issue but still problematic

Main issue is the notifications that you never get. Have been using the app for several years. Also when texting to guest the keyboard dissapears often and you have to click to riactivate it
