This support client should be downloaded only at the direction of a support representative using Bomgar whom you have solicited for technical support for your Android device.

Notes:
The Bomgar Dell Customer Client 2.2.8 runs on all Dell Venue 3000 devices with an official Android operating system, 4.4 or above.
This app works with existing Bomgar installations, version 15.1 or above and support sites with trusted CA-signed certificates.

App Permissions

Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows an application to take screen shots and more generally get access to the frame buffer data.
