Cant even access the apps when you download the app vision work better from web. I did get a hit right away from a landlord when i requested a viewing. Cant use the relationship code that was giving. App need to be better useful

This app is useless. No one from the housing division is paying this app any attention nor the landlords. When you do call housing about the problems your having with this app, all they say is it's a new app we're working on it. I would like to know, how are they working on it? Because you get no response from anyone. They don't update the app with your info at all. We have rules that we have to follow as tenants, why doesn't housing have rules for their employees or for the landlords?

There is a serious problem with this app. I have sent 2 request to my landlord, also my relationship code is invalid no help or assistance from support team.

Doesn't do what it says. No one ever responds to email and when you call the numbers are google numbers and no one answers.

This App really needs to be updated which is really a bummer especially for clients of A public housing authority who have their voucher but not getting an email or phone call from any of the units which are only 3 listed so please download a better & newer app that works please Management or to whom it may concern because we are ready to uninstall it due to the fact that it just doesn't work.
