More often than not you don't know all the names of your customers, and once the demo day is over, you're unsure of how to retarget them for sales purposes. The B&M Demo Tour App is here to ease the pressure and help you get the most out of your demo day's. All you need is to be at your venue with an iPad and a waterproof case. Our App keeps track of your North Kiteboarding equipment, your customers and your rentals in a safe and professional way. A totally paperless system, you can say 'goodbye' to windswept forms that seem to magically disappear.Its straightforward, crystal clear function allows you to monitor how many demo products you have on the beach, how many of them are rented, and how many products have been returned safely. More importantly, all customer data is stored digitally and can be exported via CSV, ideal for marketing and the retargeting process.Start by entering the location of the demo event. Create a Material Pool which represents your demo quiver (for example 4 x Rebel12m, 3 x Neo 9m, 1 x Rebel 10m) then start your event. As customers come to rent equipment, allow them to enter their data whilst you assign them material from your Pool. To make the rental 'official', have them sign the general terms and conditions directly on your device. The app will automatically keep track of everything: customers, rentals and the stock in your material pool. All rentals are displayed in a simple table where an overview of your active and returned rentals are updated throughout the event. At the end of the day, simply export the collected data via CSV.
