I don't know if my experience was unique to me but unless I used the app regularly, my account wasn't saved/recognized. I only used the app a time or two and when going extended periods of time without using the app, my info was lost. It was fixed the first time it happened pretty quickly when I talked to someone at Bluon but I don't care to go through the same process every time. That being said, I do believe that Bluon provides a great service and have solid technicians on hand to help you.

The tech support line is worth it alone. Very helpful, extremely knowledgeable. The calculators are also very handy. Only reason to leave off the 5th star is because as a residential tech, they don't often have the manuals for the equipment I'm working on. Edit: the app is improving all the time! They have added a ton of equipment that's relevant to my role, and made the app even more convenient by including a link to discussions about the model you're viewing. Fifth star earned.

Issue with installation... Just installed the app after seeing an ad on YouTube and seeing that the app has great reviews. After installing the app and going through the account registration, at the end there is a mandatory 1min short video you must watch in order to finalize registration. No matter what I tried I couldn't get the video to load. It just showed black screen after hitting play. If you run into this issue just force close the app and log back in and it will bypass the video..

This app is extremely helpful and useful! I just installed my first Bluon job and this tool was pivotal in giving me the confidence for the installation. The PT chart is in temperatures every 2F, would like to see the same chart that comes with a Bluon tank (1F increments) - but awesome to have a digital copy built into the software. There's so much data in this app that I haven't even had the time to reap from all the benefits! You guys put so much work into the data and it shows! Thanks!

I've always said the HVAC industry needed after hours technical support. But for these folks to provide it FREE to technicians is just amazing. And with an average hold time of 2 minutes or less?! Really, that's more than 5 star value. Each tech support rep I've spoken to has been great. Also, they're more understanding than manufacturer tech support, as they don't have to 'protect the brand.' More features in the app, but I haven't had to use them that often. Thank you Bluon!!!

Best app ever!! Techs are amazing. So easy to use. I was this would have been available 40 year ago when I was in the field. If you can't find the info you need, you call and they answer right away! I needed a wiring diagram on a old unit and they dug it up in minutes and emailed it to me!!! Also I had a chance to use TDX20 (458a) and what a game changer! I will definitely recommend to my coworkers! Bkuon is the best and only app in our field. Thanks Bluon!!
