Poor, mine water purifier stopped as soon as engineer installed and gone..

Worst water purifier from blue star. Got stopped working within 20 days also return date has expired. Raised ticket of around 5, but all been cancelled by Sri Balaji service provider. Worst service, fooling the customer. Don't have courtesy to inform customer on the status before cancelling the ticket without product been repaired. All the tickets been cancelled by them, no proper response on ticket cancellation. Worst service and worst product. I will not recommend blue star products.

Just at the completion of 1 year, the AC stopped working. The service agent charged ₹2500. Again, just within 1 month, the fan of the AC stopped working. The service personnel inspected and told that the fan motor has to be changed at a cost of ₹4000. Blue Star is the WORST AC in India. Never buy it.

I generated 15-20 time complaint tickets from this app but every time they cancelled my tickets. My bluestar ac install with one agency and when i generated tickets its goes in different agency so its cancelled my tickets every time. Even i called 2-3 times in customer care but didn't received any solution. I will not suggest to buy Bluestar products to everyone. Every company should have to provide services to their customers big brand name is not enough to just selling products.
