This app only seems to work on apple and no other devices, we had an event for the dance studio yesterday and we had to scramble for a bunch of people with iphones in order to get things working

Haven't used it yet, but right off the bat it wasn't user friendly. There was no prompt to permit it to use my camera and storage, so I had to manually grant those permissions in my app settings. Not a big deal for me, but seems to be pretty standard on other apps. Not friendly for users who are not at all tech-savvy

Wouldn't allow camera at first, now it won't allow the overlay of the scanning part. I would also prefer not to give out our password to everyone scanning tickets, since they could then log on to our ticket website. At this point the app is useless for us. We have our year end recital next weekend and no way to scan tickets.

Doesn't remember log in information even if you leave the app for a brief moment. Using this app this weekend and if the app has to stay opened the whole time with the camera running, I can imagine the battery depleting quite rapidly.

The camera does not work on a samsung galaxy s7 active. I am unable to scan tickets and im working an event right now. Seems to work on apple but not android.
