BidMojo connects sellers of Real Estate with local licensed Realtors who are bidding on the job of selling the home. Never before has there been a platform that allows sellers to connect with Realtors with such ease, transparency and a mutually beneficial relationship.

Meet Ralph the Realtor. Ralph has been trying to get more listings for the last several years. He has been sending out his mailers and sitting back hoping someone calls him, but the phone is not ringing. His cold calls have gone unanswered and Ralph is left to purchase expensive low quality buyer leads. Now meet Ralph after he found BidMojo.

Ralph can log onto the BidMojo app, and search a free list of sellers in the neighborhoods he is hoping to become a listing agent in. He can view information about the home, and
make his bid according to which homes he wants to bid on. Ralph also gets to see if the seller is becoming a buyer as well. So not only does Ralph’s bid get him leads from people who are looking to sell immediately, but Ralph can also pick up buyers from the same transaction. Realtors are able to get HOT seller leads something the industry has not provided for from a mobile device in the past.

As a Realtor Ralph not only bids his on the job of selling the home, but he also lists what services he is willing to offer. The real estate industry has been trying to take sellers away from Realtors. BidMojo is working on bringing Sellers back to FULL SERVICE Realtors from the failing FSBO and discount broker landscape.

Meet Sally the Seller. Sally has decided she wants to sell her home. Sally doesn’t have the time to meet and interview multiple Realtors. Sally also may decide to sell her home on her own. Sally however doesn’t know that only 1 out of 10 For Sale By Owners sell their home by themselves. 9 out of 10 actually need a Realtor. Sally remembers that when she listed her home online she received hundreds of phone calls, text messages, emails, and sometimes even unwanted visits to her home.

Now with BidMojo Sally takes less than 2 minutes to anonymously put some information about her home online (size, bedrooms, bathrooms, zip code, etc). Within minutes Realtors can begin bidding for the job of selling Sally’s home. Sally can now review competing offers from local experts who are bidding against for the opportunity to sell Sally’s home. Sally has saved money, time, and energy all while getting her home sold by a local expert.
