This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing BGRS ReloAccess on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

When loading the app an error message claims the device is not connected to Wi-Fi, while in fact it is and other apps have no problem functioning. The app refuses to load any additional screens and only repeats the error when reopened.

I've never been able to login. There's always issues. And it's ot the user!...my login is saved. Don't recommend.
