It's a useful app in general because you can use it on your phone. I would like to see a way to have it only list existing equipment on a building rather than having to guess which equipment categories have equipment. That makes it more tedious to do things like add QR codes to equipment. It also takes a while to start the first time and updates take time as well. I am using it in the field right now adding equipment in for a new building.

My office started using BE last year and the app was great. The past few months have taken a turn for the worst. The updates are not happening and the system is stuck in thinking mode.

After a year they resolved the issue that I have with log in and password. One year really what a great customer service. If my business depends on this app I will be loosing lots of money already. Good thing. It don't 👎

For the most part it a great app in theory but horrible execution in function. Logs me out every time and also won't let me use my camera it will log me out everytime I get to attach a photo but 2 star for the theory

App worked fine until new update. Same problem that others are having will only blank white screen. Uninstall several times then only works for short time and back to blank screen load. Don't get this app unless it gets fixed.

👎👎👎👎👎Constantly crashes. Very difficult to use this as intended when it is so unstable. Needs major fixes. Impossible to use on Mobile device for any sort of productivity.
